How to Stay motivated 101 No. 1 — Keep doing the same things you did as a District Leader. • Recruit, then get them on the Builders Track. • Field train, then have fun pushing them up. • Build leaders No. 2 — Don't let negative people, losers, people who disappoint you, and rejections destroy your attitude. Always be positive. • Remember that Whatever you focus on will ultimately become your reality! Think wisely.
How to Stay Motivated 101 No. 3 — Understand that people's negative attitudes are caused because - • They aren't winning • They don't believe they can win • They are Quitters. No. 4 — You must always be "a winning example." You must always "do it" first. Leaders Lead. No. 5 — You must have local success before your people believe. Not good enough for just company leaders to win. No. 6 — You must have your priorities in order. A lousy spiritual, personal and family life equals a lousy business life.
How to Stay Motivated 101 No. 5 — Build it The Primerica Way. Follow Primerica principles, traditions, guidelines, etc. It is worth "PAYING THE PRICE" to "DO IT RIGHT" the first time.
