Course Confirmation (Add & Drop) ( 20th May 2013 - 2nd June 2013 ) Pre –requisite: Course registration Important reminder: -- Check the registered courses and print registration summary after performing add & drop through student portal • course registration • ( 18th Apr 2013 – 19th May 2013 ) • Pre –requisite: Settlement of outstanding fees with finance • Important reminder: • - Min credit hours: 10 & Max credit hours: 17 • - Must pass pre-requisite of registered courses • - Under probation & warning status student – must submit manual registration form signed by mentoreven though pre-registration has been made earlier. Failure to submit manual registration form, Registry has right to nullified your pre-registration. • - Print registration summary after performing pre-course registration for hostel registration purposes. • Reference: Online Course Registration Guide Course Exemption ( 1st Year 1st semester of Undergraduate studies ) Important reminder: -- Not advisable to register courses that you applied for course exemption -- Any courses confirm for registration is chargeable. -- Course fees will not be refunded. What important information do you NEED to know ???? Change Program (During add & drop period) Important reminder: - Complete change of program form must be submitted within add and drop period . Any form receive after this period, will not be entertained. -- Change of program is subject to availability of places, HOD recommendation & sponsor approval (if any). -- Any change of program approved after add & drop period will take effect the following semester.
