Evening dinner will commence at 6:30 PM, meeting at the Brasserie for a walk to the metro station. Enjoy a delightful menu at Le Boeuf sur le toit. On Sunday afternoon, a visit to Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie is planned, with complimentary entry to the main hall.

Logistics • Please put your presentations on the laptop before your session (through USB stick or CD-ROM) • Contact your session chair for short bio • If you feel your voice is not strong enough, use our microphone • Lunches 12:30 – 2 pm: le Californien • Complaints, remarks: contact me
Dinner • Assemble on level RD (in front of Brasserie, Grande Arche exit) at 6:30 pm • Walk to the Grande Arche metro station • Transfer to restaurant by metro line 1, we will get off at Franklin D. Roosevelt station • Le Boeuf sur le toit, 34 Rue du Colisé • Dinner between 7 pm and 9:30 pm
Dinner • Menu • Pressé d’Endives aux Noix et Jambon de Bayonne (Endive squeezed with walnuts and ham from the Black Forest) • Filet de Daurade Royale en Croûte de Noisettes, Ecrasé de Pommes de Terre aux Herbes (Sea bream filet in a crust of pepper and a conserve of fennel with orange) • Feuillantine Praliné aux Deux Chocolats (Puff pastry praline with two chocolates) • Vegetarian available upon request
