  5. Restaurant Hours • Monday – Thursday: 11a.m. – 9p.m. • Friday – Saturday: 11a.m. – 11p.m. • Sunday: 12a.m. – 6p.m. • We accept cash, credit, and checks.

  6. Workers/Pay • 2 cooks - $12.75 • 3waiters/waitresses - $7.25 • 1bust boys - $7.25 • 2 hosts/hostesses - $7.25 • Manager - $10.50 • BOSS - $14.75 We have 10 people on staff all day erryday

Donations • We have a donation box by our cash register for various different children’s cancer programs. • We hope to raise at least $2000 a month, but get about $3000. • Because of this, other local food companies supply us with approx. 400 gallons of tomato sauce, 200 pounds of noodles, and 1000 oz of chicken.

  8. Some math stuff • Profit margin: 30% • Workers pay on a daily basis = $1036.75 • Workers pay per month = $31102.5 • Money spent on receiving food = $10,000/month • Money we get from customers = $20,000/month • 150 customers/day • Amount we get from customers = $1125/day • Amount we get from customers = $33750/month

Why we’re better than Schmidt’s? • Well, its obvious, I mean look at him. • I kid! • We have a lower profit margin, and we pay our employees more. • We have prices that’ll meet most people’s standards, Schmidt’s is looking for more of the rich people.. cheap. • We get a little bit less money from customers, but that’s because we have cheaper prices. • Our name is catchier! • We have a soul!
