  2. La Participación • favorece la igualdad de oportunidades en un proceso de reflexión y toma de conciencia. • Requiere 1- participación activa del estudiante y que sepan compartir con responsabilidad la toma de decisiones. 2-de auto disciplina, confianza en sí mismo, estímulos y motivaciones

  3. HORIZONTALIDAD LIBERTAD INDIVIDUAL permite al adulto construir, en función de sus necesidades e intereses, su propio espacio de acción y crecimiento dentro de su grupo de aprendizaje. Facilitador y Participante interactúen en condiciones de igualdad en un ambiente democrático donde, juntos arriban al conocimiento de la realidad. El estudiante debe tener: actitudes de trabajo cooperativo, respetuoso, responsable, solidario y de compromisos al logro de objetivos y resultados exitosos.
