  8. Mix it up by color • Create groups based on your color circle • Share within your groups a personal experience with someone who was “the one to make a difference” for you

  9. Look for the “Extra” in ordinary • Please list one extraordinary quality or trait about yourself you’d like to share on the cut-out of a person • Hang on the wall • “Gallery Walk”

  10. We are surrounded by extraordinary people. Find the “extra” in each person’s ordinary.

  11. Are we willing to find the “Extra” in our students who challenge us the most?
