  6. Conforming Products List (CPL)- a list of devices that passed all the tests specified in their corresponding performance specifications CPL is maintained by the IACP CPL is published. Law enforcement agencies are encourage to purchase devices on the list.   15. To get on the CPL – one unit of the model must pass all the tests.
