  1. Intro intoMuscle Test -Brianna Lingwall

  2. What to expect • Do not expect to be a proficient muscle tester after this class- • Do expect to have the knowledge and tools to help you become a proficient muscle tester • For some this will be an overwhelming class-Take what you need and leave the rest • All info will be posted for free on my blog www.renewingsouls.com

  3. Overview of Muscle Testing • Why Muscle Test • The tool it is • The fallen man • Light of Christ vs MT or Intuition • Practice • MT yourself & family vs Others -Note: I will not be explaining any particular modalities, substances or methods in this presentation

  4. Why Muscle Testing • Most of us have not grown up in homes that pushed becoming intuitive • We have given our authority away to teachers, doctors, books, media, as the primary experts (first seek answers in prayer – these sources can be awesome answer to prayer when needed) • The Lord is your “Go to” Person, follow what He tells you to do. The Spirit trumps all!

  5. The Tool it is • Muscle Testing is a tool (compare to blood work) • Itis not a magic eight ball, fortune teller, magic or anything along those lines • Think of Zion: Will people be walking around muscle testing in Zion? Probably Not. However muscle testing is a great way to help teach you how to listen and become more intune.

  6. The Fallen Man • We are fallen beings who are going to have less then perfect results when muscle testing. The more you are able to use the atonement and listen to the voice of the Lord and heal the more accurate your muscle testing will be and the less you will need it. • If its not glorifying God and His Light then stay out of it 

  7. Light of Christ or Intuition vs MT • We all have the Light of Christ, it’s our intuition or conscience. The voice of Christ calls to all of us. (read “Journey to the Veil” for more info) • It guides to that which is of light and away from that which is of darkness. • Guiding for what is the best thing for our bodies, spirits and souls. • Teaching us all line upon line.

  8. Practice • This is a skill that takes practice • Understand there will probably be mistakes along the way, keep going, keep trusting that you can do it, and don’t give up • Think of it like learning to play the piano • Some are prodigies • Some are gifted • Some need lots of practice

  9. MT yourself & family vs Others • Muscle testing is a tool to become better at listening to the voice of Christ, that inner light that radiates from within us, the very light of Christ that gives us breathe! • Muscle testing those whom you have the mantle for is different than muscle testing others you don’t. Permission is vital. Do realize nothing can replace the ability to hear the light of Christ within yourself and obey.

  10. Types of • Sway test • Arm test • Finger test • Pendulum

  11. Rules • Grounding/Balancing • Make Statements • Cross Checks • Doing Quantities right • Setting Parameters • Respecting Privacy • Receiving verbal and energy Permission • Remaining Unbiased • Follow the Spirit

  12. Grounding Techniques • Hydrated, Drink Water • Cross Crawls • Prayer • Mediation • Uplifting music • Essential Oils • Flower Essences

  13. Vocabulary • Reword what you are testing a couple different ways to make sure you’re understanding yourself • Make statements • My name is Brianna • My name is Brianna?

  14. Cross Checks • There is something else • There is a reason not too • There is something that would be better • There is something to change • There is something to add to this • This is the best thing • There is something different that would make this better

  15. Testing #’s or Quantities • Start with “At least 1, at least 2, at least 3…” • Amounts: dosages, drops, pills… • Frequency ex: for 1x / day or 1x/week • Time: hours, minutes, days, months…

  16. Parameters • This is where you learn to talk out loud to yourself, like all the time  • Teach yourself to test the most important things right now • Or set a time limits on testing • Or that you will keep testing until all the pieces of the puzzle are found

  17. Privacy! • Don’t test what you don’t want to know • Don’t test other people without their permission unless moved upon by the Spirit • Keep your nose out of people’s business and have a level of respect for those you are muscle testing for • Testing out loud in front of people will help keep you in the business your suppose to be in and out of their personal stuff 

  18. Unbiased • This is a very learned skill. I’ve come across very few muscle testers who have completely let go of all biases and are willing to test where ever the energy goes • Clean the slate, allow all your notions of health, nutrition, essential oils, herbs, energy work, general living, and every thing else you’ve formed an opinion on just let go and not have a say in your muscle test

  19. Permission • Obtain verbal permission from the person you are testing, yourself or family members (Your little children could be a different story) • Obtain energy (muscle testing) permission for testing whomever you are testing • If you don’t have permission, see if you can figure out why and then honor it. It might be as simple as you’re not grounded or balanced.

  20. Learning to Muscle Test • Start by doing some grounding/balancing techniques to ensure accurate testing • Next Teach your body how to respond to a yes and to a no answer • Then ask questions you know the answer to • Finally ask questions you don’t know the answer to

  21. Grounding Techniques • Hydrated, Drink Water • Cross Crawls • Thymus Thumps • Prayer • Mediation • Uplifting music • Essential Oils • Flower Essences

  22. Teaching your body • Talk out loud to your body • Pick what kind of muscle testing you’re going to learn or do • Express what a yes answer is and what a no answer is and how you would like your body to move or hold to express that to you. • Confirm many times and out loud

  23. Questions (statements) you Know • Ask you’re body to respond the way you taught it to respond to you by asking questions you know the answer too • Name • Height • Weight • Hair color • Shirt color…

  24. Questions you don’t know • This is where you start to ask questions you don’t know • This is more easily done with the substance in hand at first, until your confidence builds • Working off lists is an easy way to help build confidence and ensure more unbiased results in the beginning

  25. Overview of How to Organize • Write down everything • Keep notes, papers, records and impressions • How to Muscle Test Issues vs Body Priority • How to make a Menu • How to make Lists • How to make a recipe • Indexing for tracking

  26. Write down Everything • Name • Date • Issues • What muscle tests up • What they talk about • What impressions you have (5 senses)

  27. Name: Brianna LingwallDate: 10/4/14Issues: Angry at family, Sinus congestion and Lower back pain

  28. Body Priority vs Issues • Issues are the things people specifically come in to address • Body priority is testing or using intuition to determine what the body needs to work on. Peeling the onion. • I almost always work on body priorities. Sometimes body priorities and issues line up and that’s exciting!

  29. Name: Brianna LingwallDate: 10/4/14Issues: Angry at family, Sinus congestion and Lower back painBody Priority: 1-Liver 2-Sinuses

  30. Menu This is a list of overall basic things to help you know where to muscle test or what you need to do. Menu- not ingredient list. -Essential oils -Herbs -Supplements -Energy work -Journals

  31. Example: MenuEssential oilsHerbsHomeopathicsSupplementsDietFood AllergiesRadionicsJournalingExerciseToxinsWhat’s Going OnMeridiansChakrasTrapped Emotions

  32. Lists • Lists correspond to each item on the menu • For Example: 1-Testing up an Essential oil off the menu 2-Go to the Essential Oil list 3-Find how many oils and test them up using the list of Essential Oils

  34. Recipe • The recipe helps you figure out all things involved and the different ways to address issues. • A recipe is a way to work down through the layers or unwind the web of all the different components. • The more you know, the better your recipes will be.

  42. Mapping (another way to thinking about it)

  43. Indexing • This is putting a number on how the body or body systems or other aspects is doing. • It’s a point of reference that varies depending on your scale or the person testing’s perspective. • Helps to know where you are, where you were and if there’s improvement or digression • I personally like to use the body systems, but the applications of this are many (meridians, chakras, body systems, emotions, healing, how much more is needed, etc…)

  44. Indexing 3/15/2014 5/27/2014 Circulation Heart 56/100 73/100 Arteries 42/100 85/100 Veins 49/100 82/100 Blood 64/100 89/100

  45. Organize • Keep things organized and in order • Take and keep good notes • If you’re working with lots of clients make sure to keep things filed • Keeping records helps you know if you’re continually working on the same thing, see if you might be missing something or make connections you wouldn’t have made otherwise
