  4. Process • Session Discussions • Presbytery Suggestions • Draft of New Committee Structure (NCS) • NCS to Staff and Deacons: feedback & adjustments • NCS to Faith Family: feedback & adjustments • Session finalize NCS by end of year and report to faith family

Understanding the NCS • General Language • Commission(B.O.): To act for the appointing court and report on its actions to the appointing court. • Committee (B.O.): Study a matter and make recommendations or carry out decisions and report to the court that created it. • Team Carry out the work of a ministry.
