This study focuses on control beads analyzed at varying read lengths, specifically 50, 100, 150, and 200 bases. We investigate the performance of control beads through their different read lengths, measuring their effectiveness and reliability in various flow conditions. Our findings aim to enhance understanding of bead behavior in sequencing processes and offer insights into optimizing flow conditions for improved data quality. Detailed analyses of bead performance at 84 flows provide valuable information for researchers in genomic studies.
