  6. Second Century Innovation and Ideas (SCI²)Incubator Companies (Total of 4) DAVID’S COMMUNICATIONS, INC. David’s Communications, Inc. was formed in May 2002 to leverage the network operations experience in the deployment of international voice networks. The Company is licensed facilities based carrier headquartered in New York, with a Network Operations Center and switching facilities in China. David’s Communications network is providing "next generation" packet based telephony and value added services to carriers, businesses and individuals in the US and throughout the world, to exploit cost advantages over existing monopoly carriers in the $700 billion worldwide telecommunications marketplace. NETBONDS, INC. Netbonds Inc. is creating the Bond Trading Network, a complete, affordable, online bond trading system for small institutions that serve high net worth individuals. In contrast to the stock market, the bond market has no central exchange where buy and sell orders are collected, executed, and then made public. So, there is a significant market opportunity to serve a large, underserved retail bond market by creating an affordable service that gives small market participants the same quality of information, analysis and trading that large institutions enjoy.
