  2. 2013-2014 Courses • New courses proposed at CAC • Microsoft Applications I (MS Word & MS Excel) • MS Applications II (MS PowerPoint & MS Publisher) • Computer Programming (Java) • Funding • Materials – Little, to no cost • Any cost to be incurred by dept. • Staffing – No cost

  3. Changes • All course numbers have been officially rolled over • New courses approved by CAC • Added to Course Catalog • Revisions to standing courses • Jazz Theory and Improv to Small Ensemble • Guidance additions/revisions (PSSA  Keystone)

  4. Changes • Removal of dated courses • Musical Theory, Opera, Drama • For more current, advanced courses that blend with current dept. offerings • MS Access • Revamping of Business Dept. • Making way for MS Apps I & MS Apps II • Grammar, wording, semantics
