  2. Introduction • Every school student knows there principal. He plays an important job in the school and if we didn’t have him we wouldn’t be a organized and successful school.

  3. AGHS Ayden-Grifton High School is a high school in Pitt County, North Carolina, United States. It is located along NC 11 South in between the towns of Ayden, North Carolina and Grifton, North Carolina. Ayden-Grifton High School is one of the six public high schools that make up the Pitt County School System. Ayden-Grifton High School is classified as a 2-A school with 650 students.

  4. Principal • A principal's job responsibilities are endless... They involve monitoring and mentoring, planning and policing, evaluating and envisioning. A principal is a PR person and policymaker, the hirer and firer, a cheerleader and a change agent • Principal is a high-ranking person within a company, enterprise, or partnership, especially one with a stake as a partner, or possessing a management hierarchical status

  5. Who to Hire? • The person that would be good for the job is Justin Smith

  6. Conclusion • In conclusion the principal has a very important job in the school. He has make sure everybody is in their place and nothing goes wrong.
