  1. qPCR verification • Samples: Each two biological replicates were chosen from time points d0(virgin), d17 and d19 • Normalization: Several reference (housekeeping) genes were evaluated. Uxt was the only one with stable expression over all samples • Endod_1 was included to test normalization (it showed a flat profile in the microarray results) • Correlation with microarray: R² = 0.8 !! • Values given are relative expression values (controlateral control/cleared) in log2
