Incredible Places In Oklahoma That Makes It So Special And Interesting Oklahoma is located in the South-Central region of the United States and is bordered by Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Oklahoma is the 20th most extensive and the 28th most populated region of the United States. Oklahoma is a primary economy hub, an important center for biotechnology, research and technology, and rising tourism.
