In alignment to our vision to provide partners with the most up-to-date, accurate, and consolidated information on performance metrics, Cisco is planning for a new set of enhancements to Performance Metrics Central tool. The key highlights of the May 2011 Release are detailed in this presentation.

New Program Introduction: Partner Core-Bridge Program Added Measurement Period Illustration to Help Text for Attach rate metrics Added Historical Summary Reporting (Renewal Rate & Conversion Rate) Bug Fix – Mask Data with Question Marks as “Unknown” Additional Bug Fix

New Program Introduction • Partner Core-Bridge Program Now Included in PMC 2.0 • The Cisco Partner Core-Bridge Programis a globally available Collaborative Service program designed to help eligible Authorized Technology Provider Program (ATP) Partners continue to grow their business video service practices. • With this release, partners who are eligible for this program will have their sales and delivery metrics measured through PMC 2.0. • For additional information regarding the Cisco Partner Core-Bridge Program please visit: www.cisco.com/go/core_bridge

  5. Partner Core-Bridge Program (cont.) • Scorecard Now Available for Partner Core-Bridge Program The new Partner Core-Bridge Program has predefined sales and delivery metrics that measure partners on their performance on Partner Core-Bridge Program eligible products.

Partner Core-Bridge Program (cont.) • Summary Reports Now Available for Partner Core-Bridge Program • Provides metrics analysis for end customer performance and opportunity by product Provides holistic picture of your performance standing by combining sales metrics (Attach Rate and Renewal Rate) Identify impact of high-dollar value contracts on Renewal Rate & Conversion Rate metrics Provides a breakdown of renewal opportunities by month End-Customer Analysis Total Performance Summary Reports provide multiple ways to analyze metrics data and identify opportunities. HelpText • Added Measurement Period Illustration to Help Text for Attach Rate metrics • Pre-release Situation: When viewing the Definition and Calculation for Attach Rate metrics from the Scorecard, there was no clear table to illustrate the rolling 12-months window for Attach Rate metrics measurement. • Post-release Situation: A description of the service attach rate measurement window has been added to the help text for easy reference. • Impact: Partners can now see an illustration of how the Attach Rate measurement period gets calculated for any given month. Historical Summary Reporting • Added Conversion Rate Historical Summary • Enhancement:A Historical Summary report for Conversion Rate metric has been added, providing a holistic view of a partner’s services conversion history. This report is also in parity with the PMC 1.0 experience. • Impact: This report can be used to understand a partner’s service growth based on conversions as a break-down of monthly opportunity and multi-year items.

Historical Summary Report (cont.) • Added Renewal Rate Historical Summary • Enhancement:A historical summary report for Renewal Rate metric has been added, providing a holistic view of a partner’s services renewal history. This report is also in parity with the PMC 1.0 experience. • Impact: This report can be used to understand a partner’s service growth based on renewals as a break-down of monthly opportunity and multi-year items. Bug Fix– Reports • Mask Data with Question Marks as “Unknown” • Pre-release Situation: Some fields in Summary Reports appeared as ‘Unspecified’ or with a question mark(e.g., ?US, ?DM) when value was not found in upstream application. • Post-release Situation: All Summary Reports will show data as ‘Unknown’ when there is no appropriate value pulled from the upstream application. • Impact: Users will see cleaner data in Detail and Summary Reports. Additional Bug Fix • Pre-release Situation: There were no “Discount Standing” level icons corresponding to the TOTAL for Conversion Rate and Renewal Rate metrics on the Scorecard. • Post-release Situation:The “Discount Standing” level icons have now been reinstated for the TOTAL into the Scorecard corresponding to Conversion Rate and Renewal Rate metrics. • Impact:Partners can see their annual discounts that they will receive based on their Conversion Rate and Renewal Rate metric values. • Reinstated ‘Total Discount Standing level’ Icon on Scorecard Post-release Situation Pre-release Situation
