Problems we didn’t see coming • OCLC hosted system, Patriot Act, Authentication • Timing, National Library and Internal Affairs • Assumed interoperability, IBS billing • Momentum – it’s a long slow process • Future; ‘Get it’ services, international traffic, reduced staff intervention • ILL will continue to be a necessary service
