National Coaching Forum

The ECB Coaches Association's National Coaching Forum convenes at least twice a year, bringing together coaching representatives from regional forums, an independent Chairman, and senior Coach Education staff. Each of the nine Regional Coaching Forums meets twice annually, with representatives from each county and the regional National Coach. Additionally, County Coaches Associations will have formal representation at the County Board level, overseeing all coaching and coach education activities while nominating regional representatives. The internal structure is designed to be flexible, accommodating multiple associations within any one county.

ECB Coaches Association National Coaching Forum To meet a minimum of twice per year (October/May) consisting of coaching representatives from each of the regional coaching forums plus an independent Chairman and a minimum of two senior Coach Education Staff. Regional Coaching Forums(9) To meet a minimum of two times per year (September/April) consisting of coaching representatives from each county in the region plus the regional National Coach. County Coaches Associations To have formal representation at County Board level and to be responsible for all coaching and coach education activity and for the nomination of their regional representative. Internal Structure To be sufficiently flexible to cater for multiple Associations within any one County.
