Learn how to assign a substitute approver in the TBR Central eShop system. Start by navigating to "Profile" and then to "User Settings". Access the "Folder Summary", check the appropriate box, and select "Assign Substitute to Selected Folders". Type in the name of the substitute approver and click "Assign". Ensure that the substitute approver has the necessary Approver status; contact Angela Flynn or Mark Hodges if needed. To remove a substitute approver, follow the same steps but select "Remove Substitute from Selected Folders".

Then “Folder Summary”>check the appropriate box>select “Assign Substitute to Selected Folders”>select “Go”.
Type in the name of the substitute approver>click “Assign”. Please note, the substitute approver must have Approver status in the TBR Central eShop system. If that is not the case, contact Angela Flynn or Mark Hodges prior to making your substitute approver selection.
The substitute approver will be listed once you have assigned they the approval responsibilities.
To remove the substitute approver, check the appropriate box>the select “Remove Substitute from Selected Folders” from the drop down menu>select “Go”.
