  1. How to log a ticket To log a ticket for a request , help on the web, training or any queries you have go to : http://support.mediaps.co.za/ or You can also go to www.up.ac.za/weboffice and click on the banner button: Once you use those links or click on the button it will go to the ticketing system and click on submit a ticket.

  2. Fill in the form: Name: E-mail: Confirm e-mail: Choose a category if you are not sure you can leave it general enquiries. And set the priority. Fill in the unit, department, institution/ organisation you are from. Contact number too please. The subject will then be: example – forgot login detail. Please be descriptive in your message and if you need us to look a specific page please insert the link of the page into the message as well. You can attach documents or screenshots of you problem. Type the spamming code and submit your ticket.

  3. You will receive a e-mail to say that you have locked a ticket. You can now go to the link to view your ticket. You will then be able to see the response and status of your ticket, you can also answer the staff member on the ticket or add a message .
