In response to the recent NSSE (National Survey of Student Engagement) survey of graduating seniors at FIU, a pilot plan has been developed to enhance undergraduate writing and critical thinking skills. This initiative is part of the "Writing in the Disciplines" (WID) component, aiming to integrate writing practices across various academic disciplines. By fostering better writing abilities, FIU strives to prepare students for the demands of their fields and improve overall engagement and learning outcomes.
