  6. How Smoking Tobacco Effects you Internally. • Tobacco contains drug called Nicotine which is highly physically addictive. • When smoke is inhaled, nicotine effects the brain after approximately 8 seconds. • Speeds up heart rate, increases blood pressure. • Can give small stimulant effect.
