Collection of Data: 2006 - 2007 • Data collected Annually at the END of June • Data should cover September to June • Next Deadline: 28th June, 2007: - Guidance Logbooks Grand Totals - Statistics Sheet: VISITS - Statistics Sheet: TALKS • Send all sheets in ONE envelope to: Mr Louis Abdilla Guidance & Counselling Services .

Statistics Sheets • Get statistics sheets from Counsellors • A separate sheet for EACH school for Logbook, Talks and Visits (Colleges please note!) • Number of Students / Parents = ACTUAL number. Example: 75 NOT “All Forms 1s” • NEW: Please put code under Category Heading Eg: E (Educational), V (Vocational), etc.
