Election of TC Officers under NEM • Election of new Vice Chair/Chair Elect moved up from April 2014 to January 2014 • Please send nominations to me by December 2013 • Election of new Secretary moved up from April 2014 to January 2014 • Please send nominations to me by December 2013 • New term for officers will start at conclusion of Tuesday night TC meeting at SciTech • I will finish out the 2013 annual report & new member selection process which are due to AIAA on January 31

Conference TC Meetings • TAC meetings with directors are usually held at ASM on Sunday evening • Conflicts with STRTC Sunday evening meeting • Will ask Kathleen if we can change the time of the meeting • Currently this meeting is typically at lunch on Monday at SDM • Should be no conflict for Tuesday night meeting

  6. Fall Meeting • Fall meeting is about 6 months apart from SDM • Was originally dictated by reviewing paper abstract submissions • Moving 6 months from SciTech would be a July time frame meeting • Is it too hard to coordinate with people’s summer vacation schedules? • This year, we could split the difference and try for an August or early September meeting • Nothing says the meetings have to be 6 months apart • What about having the meeting in the spring, during the downtime on the calendar?
