  2. Format • 1. Multiple Choice – (Value 15) There will be 30 multiple choice questions. Select the best response for each question, and circle the letter of the corresponding answer on the Answer Sheet. • 2. Definition/Significance – (Value 20) Select five(5) of the words, then write both a one-sentence definition for each, as well as a one-sentence explanation of how each term is significant to Canadian History on the Answer Sheet.

  3. 3. Visuals - (Value 15) Identify and explain the significance of five (5) of the following on your ANSWER SHEET • 4. Fill in the Blanks – (Value 20) Write the word(s) that best fill(s) the blank in each statement in the space provided on section 2 of the Answer Sheet. NOTE: You will find the answers in the word list on the bottom of the Answer Sheet, however some extra words have also been added.

  4. 5. Map Exercise – (Value 10) Identify the places that are numbered on the map, writing your answer on the Answer Sheet. • 6. Short Essays – (Value 20) Answer any two (2) of the 3 essays on the foolscap provided in ¾ to a full page minimum for each. Support your answers carefully using examples from class or from your text.

  5. In general, take the following advice. • Do not “cram” late into the night before the exam. • Get a good night’s sleep. • Eat breakfast. • Have lots of pens. • Visit the bathroom before the exam.
