Present • WPA 2, MAC filtering, WAPI, smart cards, SSID, tokens, and RF shielding are used to protect networks • WEP was cracked • Plug in wireless cards for cell network wireless or lassoing wireless from phones • Wireless routers are cheap and common • Limited transmission to several kilometers with special equipment, typically 32m inside to 95m outside • Wireless printers • Black Berry & iPhone: Global System for Mobile Communications, General Packet Radio Service • Cell phones use EDGE or G3 Networks
