Curtis Elementary School is joining the Let’s Move! initiative, aimed at combating childhood obesity by increasing physical activity among students. Our goal is to challenge students to collectively walk the distance of the United States, engaging in fun activities such as jump roping and hoop relays to boost their step counts. We will utilize resources like pedometers, a map of the American Discovery Trail, and various fitness equipment to make this initiative enjoyable and effective. Together, let's encourage our children to lead healthier, more active lives!
