  3. KONFLIK BERDASARKAN SIFATNYA • KONFLIK DESTRUKTIF adalah konflik yang muncul karena adanya perasaan tidak senang atau dendam seorang individu atau kelompok kepada pihak lain Contoh : perasaan strees, cemas, tegang dll.

  4. KONFLIK KONSTRUKTIF merupakan konflik yang menimbulkan keuntungan bagi individu maupun kelompok Contoh : meningkatkan inisiatif dan kreatifitas individu atau kelompok.

  5. BERDASARKAN POSISI PELAKU • KONFLIK VERTIKAL Konflik antar komponen masyarakat didalam struktur yang memiliki tingkatan atau hierarki Contoh : konflik antara atasan dengan bawahan disebuah instansi • KONFLIK HORIZONTAL adalah konflik yang terjadi antara individu atau kelompok yg memiliki kedudukan yang sama Contoh : konflik antar teman , rekan kerja dll

  6. KONFLIK DIAGONAL adalah konflik yang terjadi karena adanya ketidak adilan alokasi sumber daya keseluruhan organisasi Contoh ; demo akibat BBM

BERDASARKAN SIFAT PELAKU YG TERLIBAT • KONFLIK TERBUKA merupakan konflik yang diketahui oleh semua pihak Contoh : konflik antar hamas palestina dengan israel • KONFLIK TERTUTUP Merupakan konflik yang hanya diketahui oleh orang” atau kelompok tertentu yg terlibat dalam konflik Contoh : konflik dalam suatu organisasi

  8. BERDASARKAN TINGKAT KONSENTRASI AKTIFITAS MANUSIA • KONFLIK SOSIAL Merupakan konflik yg sering terjadi akibat adanya perbedaan kepentingan sosial dari pihak atau kelompok yg terlibat • KONFLIK POLITIK merupakan konflik yang terjadi karena adanya pebedaan kepentingan yg berkaitan dg kekuasaan

  9. KONFLIK EKONOMI merupakan konflik yang terjadi akibat adanya perebutan sumber daya ekonomi dari pihak yang berkonflik • KONFLIK BUDAYA Merupakan konflik yg terjadi karena adanya perbedaan • KONFLIK IDEOLOGI konflik yg terjadi akibat adanya perbedaan paham yang diyakini masing” individu
