The TARP-TSM Harmony initiative focuses on aligning behavioral practices to foster a new safety culture in the workplace. Through interactive communication and active listening, the program emphasizes that "if you cannot mine safely, you will be out of business soon." By conducting employee interviews and addressing concerns, the initiative develops a comprehensive training plan that balances production and safety. After TARP training, teams showed improved hazard identification skills through simulation, highlighting the importance of leading by example and providing positive feedback in reinforcing safe practices.
