Richter Scale- (n) A scale for expressing the magnitude of a seismic disturbance in terms of the energy dissipated in it. • 4. Wisecrack- (n/v) A clever, smart, or flippant remark. • 5. Frail- (adj.) Fragile, or easily breakable.
