This question asks you to comparetwo sources Source A is a Report on the sanitary conditions of the Aberdeen poor in 1840 Dr Keith gave evidence and said, “The crowding is fearful. I have seen seven or eight sleeping in one tiny room, and have more than once been nearly suffocated on entering an apartment… sometimes the stench of waste is intolerable and this is bound to affect the health of the residents. Source B is from the mem\oirs of an old fisherman from Aberdeen about 1845. “I mind the time when there were 14 of us sharing the yin room. In the nicht we had to do oor business ahent a curtain, in a big pot called a chanty. We never noticed any smells maybe doon tae the fact that we were brought up in that environment, an were probably used to it, but I mind the vicar used tae wrinkle his nose when he visited an he never stayed lang.” How far do sources A and B agree about the conditions faced by the poor in Aberdeen?

Both source agree/disagree that ..write one thing they agree or disagree on 3rd Use evidence from the source Source A states that ..use evidence from source A ….and source B supports/does not support this by stating … use evidence from source B 4th Do the same again….They also agree/disagree that……..because source A states…and source B gives similar/different information as it says……… 5th Then state.. However both sources agree/disagree that ..look for evidence of opposing view to what you have discovered
