RI District 7020 Membership Goals • 85% minimum membership retention rate • 2% change in membership diversity • 2% increase in younger professionals (Under 45) • Induction of one or more Rotary/Foundation alumni • Increase Diversity (gender, age, classification) • Minimum increase of One Member • Minimum net increase of one member in 50% of clubs • Focus on NEXT GENERATION
