If 2.50 g of N2O4 and 0.330 g of NO2 are placed in a 2.00 L reaction vessel, what are the equilibrium concentrations of N2O4 and NO2? 3. Consider the equilibrium reaction P4(g)  2P2(g), where Kp = 0.100 at 1325 K. In an experiment where an initial amount of P4(g) is placed into a container at 1325 K, the equilibrium mixture of P4(g) and P2(g) has a total pressure of 1.00 atm. Calculate the equilibrium partial pressures of P4(g) and P2(g).

What form of hemoglobin, HbH44+ or Hb(O2)4, is favored in the lungs? Briefly explain. b. What form of hemoglobin, HbH44+ or Hb(O2)4, is favored in the cells? Briefly explain. c. When a person hyperventilates, the concentration of CO2 in the blood is decreased. How does this affect the oxygen-binding equilibrium? Briefly explain. How does breathing into a paper bag help to counteract this effect? 5. The value of the equilibrium constant in the Haber Process at a certain temperature is 9.1 x 102. If the equilibrium reaction H2(g) + F2(g)  2HF(g) is known to have an equilibrium constant of 3.1 x 102 at the same temperature, determine the value of the equilibrium constant for the reaction N2(g) + 6HF(g)  2NH3(g) + 3F2(g).
