CAREERS LEADER ROLE • Direct link with SLT/Governors & HoD – be proactive! • Secure a budget – or agreement for spending • Sign up for up-dates from organisations CDI/Cascaid - ensure keep up-to-date - SLT buy in doc. • Personal and staff CPD - self evaluate – Compass • Involve parents, students and businesses in developing the programme • Work towards a national quality award • Keep careers, enterprise and WRL on the agenda - take photos and publicise
