Discuss the minimum requirements, data model etc. in PL SE circumstances 1. Start the real cross-border stakeholder process with regard to draft plan and future „real” plans of SE and PL 3

Expert output: Contribution to the recommendations on minimum requirements, data model etc. at the Baltic level Contribution to recommendations on cross-border stakeholder process at the Baltic level Contribution to the compendium 3.
