Workshop Agenda • Day 1: • Learn about network • Learn about leadership • Practice new leadership capabilities • Understanding authentic collaboration • Day 2: • Create a current state network map • Understand how this network came to be • Understand current challenges in the system • Brainstorm and role play potential solutions, using Leadership training • Day 3: • What have you learned so far? • Create a future state network map • Create an action plan to get there • Identify and commit to your role as a leader in this network
