  2. Demonstrative Pronouns Points out specific persons, places, things, or ideas… Example: This is your locker. That is your assignment. These are the shrubs to be trimmed. My uniform is cleaner than those.

  3. Indefinite Pronouns Refers to persons, places, things, or ideas in a more general way than a noun does. Example: Everybody needs food. [refers to people in general] Did you get enough to eat? [refers to a general amount] After two bowls of chili, I did not want another. [another is the antecedent of bowls]

  4. Interrogative Pronouns Is used to form a question Example: Who is at the door? Whom would you prefer? What is for lunch? Whatever were you thinking?
