My Town’s Jewish History: A Student Exhibition on Culture and Tradition

This exhibition showcases the Jewish history and culture of Macedonia, created by 30 seventh and eighth graders from Petar Pop Arsov Primary School in Skopje. Conducted between September and February 2014, the project integrates various subjects, including history and English, through extracurricular activities like research, visits to Jewish sites, and creative presentations. Students explored themes such as Jewish traditions, the Holocaust in Macedonia, and the current Jewish community, fostering a deeper appreciation of multiculturalism and enhancing their language and artistic skills.
