Notebook Instructions. Begin by numbering the first 30 pages of your notebook. Number the front and back of each page in the outside upper corner. When your notebook is open flat, even numbers should always be on the left and odd numbers should always be on the right. Notebook Instructions.

  1. Notebook Instructions • Begin by numbering the first 30 pages of your notebook. Number the front and back of each page in the outside upper corner. • When your notebook is open flat, even numbers should always be on the left and odd numbers should always be on the right.

  2. Notebook Instructions On the Page 1 of your notebook, write: Your name World History II Mrs. Riggan—Pd. ___ You can illustrate the rest of the page however you like, but please keep it appropriate—you will be handing your notebook into me.

  3. Notebook Instructions • At the top of page 2, write the title, “Table of Contents.” • Glue your syllabus on p. 10. Since there is writing on both the front and back of your syllabus, only glue down one edge (top or left) so you can lift the page and see the back. • Glue the notebook guidelines on p. 11.

  4. Notebook Instructions • Glue your multiple intelligences quiz on p. 12. • Glue your instructions for how to write identifications at the top of p. 13.

  5. Notebook Instructions • Skip p. 14-15 for now. • At the top of p. 16, glue your instructions for reading responses. Put the response to the “Toilet Technology” video below the instructions on p. 16. • Skip pp. 17-19 for now.

  6. Notebook Instructions • Glue your Developing Nations handout on p. 20. • Glue your identification on emerging nations on p. 21. • Glue your notes on War in Afghanistan on pp. 22-23. • Skip pp. 24-25 for now.

  7. Notebook Instructions • Glue the word list 9/11, War in Afghanistan, and War in Iraq on p. 26. • Block 2 Only: Glue your identificationfor your individually assigned term on p. 27.
