  2. 1. Sabat sfânt, sigiliu veşnic, Te arăţi strălucitor, Mult mai sus de cel nevrednic, Dai lumină tuturor. Raza ta, din veşnicie, Străluceşte maiestuos, Îndreptând cu duioşie [:Pe oricine la Hristos.:]

  3. 2. Sabat sfânt, ce zi măreaţă! Cu balsamul tău din cer, Tu eşti plin de Duh şi viaţă, Pentru mulţi eşti un mister; Dar eu simt azi cu plăcere, Harul şi lumina ta, Tu la toţi eşti mângâiere, [:Eşti un far pe calea mea!:]

  4. 3. O, frumoasă zi de Sabat! Străluceşti în depărtări, Peste-ocean, pe ţărmul cel’lalt, Peste munţi şi peste mări; Toţi copiii ţării sfinte, Se adună azi cântând, Slavă, Bunule Părinte [:Azi, în zi de Sabat Sfânt!:]
