Traffic Demand 交通需求- 7 • (思匯政策研究所)中區(擴展部分)分區計劃大綱圖容許中環的一端日後增加建築樓面面積接近1300萬平方呎,這樣會導致前往海濱的交通大幅增加。有關擴建香港會議展覽中心的計劃同樣會導致交通增加。 • (Civic Exchange) the Central District (Extension) OZP potentially allows for nearly 13 million sq ft of GFA to be added in the future. This will add substantial traffic to the harbour-front. Plans to add an extension to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre will likewise increase traffic.
