  2. Resume • Came to USA in January, 1990 • Received MS in Nutritional Science in May, 1992. Moved to New York, Started to work as a Nutritionist until November, 2005. • Went back to school in Sept, 1997, and received MBA in May, 2000 • Became a Market America distributor on March 15, 2002 • Supervising Coordinator in Sept, 2003 • Director in May, 2005 • FVP in June, 2008

  25. What is attitude? • is a hypothetical construct that represents an individual's degree of like or dislike for an item • It directly determine an individual’s activities

  27. If you are the owner: • You will be willing to learn • You will have responsibilities • You will be more committed • You will not complain or blame others

  28. What to learn? • Basic knowledge about MA? ( Portal, Products, MPCP, UFMS, SM…) • Presentation skill • Communication skill • Problem solving skill • Learn how to become an entrepreneur

  29. How to learn? • Attend meetings • Read books • Listen to recordings • Observations • Associate with positive people

  30. What are responsibilities? • You are directly responsible for where you are today • Have the courage to say: “It’s my mistake.” • The size of your check is the direct reflect of your level of taking responsibilities

  37. Most of life is habitual. You do the same things you did yesterday, the day before and every day for the last month. It’s estimated that out of every 11,000 signals we receive from our senses, our brain only consciously processes 40.

  39. Do you have these good habits? • Have priority • Take responsibility • Reads • On time • Being Organized • Being Pleasant

  40. Do you have these bad habits? • Procrastination • Complaining • Anger • Being late • Don’t buy tickets • Don’t use products

  41. Bad habits are easy to develop but hard to live with Good habits are hard to develop but easy to live with

  42. How to develop good habits? • 30 days trial: one habits for 30 days • One habit at a time: Keep it simple • Clear goal: get up early VS get up at 7:30 AM • Write it down: Don’t leave commitments in your brain • Consistency is Key: The point of a habit is that it doesn’t require thoughts
