  3. Biography Mrs. Berry is married to Steve Berry, a fourth-grade teacher at Farmington and the pastor at Saline Baptist Church, St. Mary. She has one daughter, who is also a school librarian. Mrs. Berry enjoys spending her free time with her three grandsons. Mrs. Berry attended Ste. Genevieve Public School through the 12th grade andcontinued her education beyond high school in her late 20’s, receiving an Associate of Arts from Mineral Area College, BS in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University, and a Masters in Education from Southwest Baptist College. She earned her K-12 Library Media Specialist Certification from Missouri Baptist College and a Specialist in Teacher Leadership in the spring of 2010. Teaching all subjects for grades 6-8 at a small school in Coffman was Mrs. Berry’s first teaching position. After 9 years of teaching first grade at Bloomsdale Elementary, her career shifted to the library. She is presently the librarian for grades K-5 at Ste. Genevieve & Bloomsdale Elementary Schools.
