This study investigates the relative mRNA quantities in Barrett's esophagus, esophagitis, normal esophagus, and adenocarcinoma. Our findings reveal significant differences in mRNA expression levels associated with the progression from normal esophageal tissue to Barrett’s esophagus and ultimately to adenocarcinoma. The p-values of 0.01 and 7·10^-5 indicate strong statistical significance, suggesting critical molecular changes that may serve as biomarkers for esophageal conditions. These insights could inform future diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
