Government objectives The Government of Croatia intends to monetize the motorways infrastructure,curently managed by state owned companies HAC and ARZ in order to: • achieve the highest possible economic benefits for the Republic of Croatia • the highest possible one-time financial benefit to be paid to the state budget • reduce the government debt • increase the efficiency of the highways infrastructure

  8. Monetization options The MPPI together with its advisors started the market testing procedure to receive market feedback on two basic options currently being considered by the Croatian government: • Concession (Lease) • Toll revenue bond
