  2. How It Is In The Kitchen • In the kitchen is small, hot, and noisy area. • Plus you have to have sanitation and good hygiene.

  3. Working Hours • Chefs working hours are 35 to 40 hours a week and maybe more. • They work longer hours around major holidays plus they start at 5:00am.

  4. CAUTION • Some of the kitchen materials in the kitchen can be hot and can burn you. • Then if your not good at heavy lifting you have to lots of that and if your really sensitive it may break some thing.

  5. Must Wear Clothing • On this job you have to wear a uniforms in the kitchen. • With the uniform you must wear a hairnet or a hat for no hair can fall out to the pastry.

  6. Team Work • You have to work as a team in this job for you can make the accomplishment. • While your working together you have say each others opinion because you don’t know if it would be better another way.
