2013 Priorities • Develop a 3-year business plan for Low Carbon Oxford aimed at both achieving the vision set for 2020 and putting the collaboration onto a sustainable footing; • Develop a reporting process for the Programme Board that monitors and assures the implementation of the business plan; • Develop approach to membership so that we are clear about the role of Pathfinders in the collaboration and can also be inclusive in engaging with SMEs.
