Тема: предложение о сотрудничестве в сфере реализации минеральных удобрений и диверсификации работы Вашего предприятия на южно-американском рынке. Уважаемый господин Иванов, Чилийская компания Alyur Group Company Ltd., представляющая на мировом рынке интересы ряда крупнейших латиноамериканских потребителей минеральных удобрений, заинтересована в установлении долгосрочных партнерских отношений с Вашим предприятием. Первым шагом на пути взаимовыгодного сотрудничества может стать подписание контракта на поставку 25.000 тонн карбамида (порт доставки - г.Вальпараисо, Чили) с перспективой диверсификации и увеличения объемов ежегодных закупок, начиная с 2008 г. В случае успешной совместной работы Alyur Group Company Ltd. также готова рассмотреть возможность подписания соглашения о представлении интересов ОАО «Акрон»в Южной Америке. Santiago-de-Chile, 5 de Agosto del 2007 Asunto: Propuesta de cooperación en el ámbitode comercialización de fertilizantes minerales y diversificación en el mercado sud-americano. Presidente del Consejo de Directores OAO “Acron” Sr. V.A.Ivanov Estimado Sr. Ivanov, Empresa chilena, Alyur Group Company Ltd., representa en el mercado internacional intereses de mayores consumidores de minerales y fertilizantes en América Latina. Por este medio, Alyur Group Company Ltd. manifiesta su interés en establecer relaciones comerciales y de cooperación estable y duradera con Su compañía, OAO “Acron”. El primer paso en esta cooperación mutuamente rentable para ambas compañías, puede ser la firma del contrato de importación de 25.000 toneladas de Urea (Carbamide), con destino al puerto de la ciudad de Valparaíso, Chile, con la perspectiva y proyecciones de la diversificación y de aumento del volumen de importaciones anuales, desde el año 2008 inclusive. En caso del éxito de esta cooperación y relación comercial inicial, Alyur Group Company Ltd. estaría dispuesta ver la posibilidad de formalizar un acuerdo para representar los intereses de Su empresa - OAO “Acron”, en América Latina.
