Brighter • En 24-månadersstudie för att bedöma effekt och säkerhet med PRN-behandling (vid behovsbehandling) med Lucentis som enda behandling eller i kombination med laser jämfört med enbart laserbehandling för patienter med nedsatt syn på grund av makulaödem vid grenvenstrombos (BRVO). • Patienterna ska ha ett makulaödem till följd av grenvenstrombos. • Patienterna följs under 2 år. • Visus 0,05 - 0,5. • Första året kontroller varje månad; andra året kan kontrollintervallet ev glesas ut beroende på hur stabil synen är. • De patienter som lottats till laserbehandling kan efter 6 månader erbjudas Lucentisbehandling om man bedömer att ögonsjukdomen förvärrats så att detta tillägg är lämpligt. • Lämpliga patienter bor så pass nära Örebro att de kan ta sig hit varje månad första året.

Crystal • En 24-månadersstudie för att bedöma effekt och säkerhet med PRN-behandling (vid behovsbehandling) med Lucentis för patienter med nedsatt syn på grund av makulaödem vid centralvenstrombos (CRVO). • Visus 0,05 - 0,5. • Patienterna följs under 2 år; första året varje månad; andra året ev glesare kontroller beroende på hur stabil synen är. • Lämpliga patienter bor så pass nära Örebro att de kan ta sig hit varje månad första året.
