Report on PSPB

This report outlines the formalized process for implementing significant changes to products within the PSPB framework, overseen by the board responsible for their development. The aim is to maintain revenue neutrality while expanding digital offerings, including a partnership with Wiley for e-books and an open access model for authors. With a notable increase in downloads and searches, we discuss the challenges and mechanisms in place for conference papers and technical co-sponsorship. This plan aims for a turnaround in financial performance amid economic challenges.
